If MeeShip doesn't deliver value for you, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund any unused credits on Growth or Pro packs — no questions asked.
The Starter pack (₹149, 7-day validity) is final sale because the refund window equals the pack's lifespan — but it's designed as a low-risk trial, and you can upgrade to a guarantee-backed Growth pack any time.
We want you to be satisfied with MeeShip. This policy explains our full refund and cancellation terms for credit pack purchases.
1. Credit Pack Purchases
MeeShip operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are added to your account instantly after successful payment verification. Refund eligibility depends on the pack purchased — see the pack-specific table below.
2. Refund Eligibility
✅ Refunds ARE available for:
- • Money-back guarantee: Growth (₹399) and Pro (₹1499) packs — unused credits refunded if requested within 7 days of purchase, no reason required
- • Double/Duplicate Charges: If you were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- • Technical Failures: If payment was deducted but credits were not added due to a system error
- • Service Unavailability: If the service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 48 hours) preventing you from using purchased credits
❌ Refunds are NOT available for:
- • Credits that have already been used
- • Starter pack purchases (₹149, 7-day validity — final sale)
- • Refund requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase
- • Expired credits due to non-use within the pack's validity period

Refund amount for Growth/Pro: we refund the pro-rated value of unused credits. Example: you bought 50 credits for ₹399, used 10, and request a refund within 7 days — you get back ₹319 (40 unused credits × ₹7.98/credit). Same formula applies for Pro: ₹1,499 ÷ 250 = ₹6/credit.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email us at meeship.seller@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your registered email address and order/transaction ID
- For the money-back guarantee, no reason required — just request it within 7 days
- For technical issues, attach supporting screenshots if available
5. Refund Processing
We aim to review all refund requests within 3-5 business days. If approved:
- Refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method
- Bank processing may take an additional 5-7 business days
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is initiated
6. Cancellation
MeeShip is a prepaid service without recurring subscriptions. There is no auto-renewal — you purchase credits as needed. Therefore, there is no cancellation process required. Simply stop purchasing new credit packs when you no longer wish to use the service.
